The Creative Brain Behind The Last Loop
BAD HOUSE BRINGS THE IDEA TO LIFE.
From concept development and event identity to storytelling, experience, communication and the overall world of The Last Loop, Badhouse is the creative force shaping the challenge into something bigger than a race.
The objective was never simply to create another running event. The objective was to create an experience people would remember. A format where every loop changes the game. Where strategy matters. Where exhaustion becomes part of the competition. And where eventually, only one remains.
Together, we created The Last Loop.
Unbroken Run Club brings the running.
BADHOUSE BRINGS THE MADNESS.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
What is THE LAST LOOP?
THE LAST LOOP is an endurance race built around one simple rule: complete one loop every hour. The race continues until only one runner remains.
How does the race work?
At the start of every hour, all remaining runners begin the loop together. You must complete the loop within that hour and be back at the starting area before the next loop begins.
How long is each loop?
The loop distance is 6.5 km. The exact route and distance will be announced by the organisers.
What happens if I finish early?
Finish early, and you earn yourself some time to rest, refuel, recover and prepare for the next loop.
What happens if I don’t finish within the hour?
If you don’t complete the loop within the allotted hour, you are out of the race.
What if I miss the start of a loop?
Every loop starts at a fixed time. Miss the start, and you’re eliminated.
How long does the race last?
There is no fixed race duration. The race continues loop after loop until only one runner remains.
Is there a maximum number of loops?
No. The race has no predetermined endpoint. Your limit determines your distance.
Who wins THE LAST LOOP?
The winner is the last runner remaining — the person who completes the final loop when nobody else can.
Can I stop and rest between loops?
Yes. Once you complete a loop, the remaining time in that hour is yours to use as you choose — rest, eat, hydrate or prepare for the next start.
Is there a cut-off time for each loop?
Yes. Every loop must be completed before the next hourly start. There are no extensions.
What should I bring?
Runners should come prepared for prolonged endurance: appropriate running gear, hydration, nutrition, clothing for changing conditions and any personal essentials required during the race. A detailed mandatory-kit list will be provided before the event.
Is THE LAST LOOP suitable for beginners?
THE LAST LOOP is an endurance challenge and should not be underestimated. Participants should have appropriate running experience and be prepared for the physical and mental demands of repeated hourly loops.
What happens if only one runner is left?
They still have to complete the loop. The race ends only when the final runner successfully completes the final loop and no other runner remains.
